we'll sit in solitude and silence

feel the ground, soften our bodies, deepen our breath

we'll listen to the soundtrack of our minds

hear our fears, honor our stories, recognize our patterns

let's go to the cave in the mountaintop

we'll feel the love of our hearts

become vulnerable, heal wounds, experience compassion

let's go to the cave in the mountaintop

we'll embody the peace of our Spirits

feel connection, receive insights, open to mystery

let's go to the cave in the mountaintop

we'll meet the wise ones

who live at the center of us all
